All wigs feature a fully adjustable wig cap to fit 21-inch to 23-inch circumference.
All wigs (unless specified) are heat-defiant up to 120 degrees celsius.
All wigs (unless specified) are made from HD synthetic fibres.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
The following items cannot be returned:
- International orders
- Customised orders
Customised orders
We cannot accept returns on a customised order (a customised order is any selected style at a length of less than 23 inches, unless specified in the product description) - our stylists will create each style according to your chosen measurements.
We cannot accept any cancellation after 24 hours on a customised order.
Non-customised orders
A 14 day cooling off period applies to non-customised orders from the date you receive your order. If you wish to initiate a return, please email us at info@wigenvy.co.uk We will refund your account within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
We recommend that you send the parcel via a recorded or special delivery service. Wig Envy cannot accept any liability for products lost or damaged in transit. You are responsible for the cost of postage.
The order must be cancelled within 14 calendar days of signing for the goods. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued unless this condition is met.
All returned goods must be in unspoiled condition. The product must not have been worn, styled or brushed, and must not have had any contact with an odour/scent from a source such as food, hair spray, perfume or tobacco.
We reserve the right to reject any returned products that do not strictly comply with the terms set out in this policy. If all conditions are met, you will be refunded within 14 days of the goods being received by Wig Envy.
Faulty items
We thoroughly inspect all wigs before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@wigenvy.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We will refund / exchange within 14 days of receiving the item back to us if the item is found to be faulty.
COLOUR DISCLAIMER: KINDLY NOTE THAT DESPITE OUR EFFORT TO PROVIDE CORRECT IMAGES OF EACH WIG, THE COLOUR OF THE WIG MAY BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT DUE TO PHONES / COMPUTER SCREENS. A wig with a slightly different colour than shown on screen will not be classified as faulty.
SHIPPING INFO
Processing time for the shipping of orders is currently 2 to 3 weeks as each order is uniquely customised by our stylist.
International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country. Wig Envy is not responsible for delays due to customs.
MEASURING FOR LENGTH
Our stylist will always measure from the parting for the length, so please ensure that you measure from your own parting to find the correct length that you require.
We will not be able to exchange if the measurement you have ordered is not correct as our pieces are customised to each client and are therefore non refundable.
